Dealer Accounts

Dealer accounts require business verification. False information may result in account suspension.

Violate intellectual property rights
Spam or send unsolicited communications

5. Content and Listings

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us license to use it on our platform.

6. Payments and Fees

Basic services are free. Premium services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Cars.na does not process vehicle transactions - we only facilitate connections between buyers and sellers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cars.na's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Windhoek, Namibia.
